Contact our firm IMMEDIATELY (215) 750-8010. Many sex crimes involve Mandatory Sentences of 5 years, 10 years, or more if you are convicted. A strong defense begins before any charges are filed. Our firm will handle all contact with the Detectives or Law Enforcement. Our firm will begin to investigate and focus on the witnesses, look to establish motive for false and fabricated allegations, and begin to prepare your defense. We will fight for your Life and Reputation Immediately. Often, hesitation by defendants to contact an attorney, or attempting to explain a defense on their own to investigators are the most damaging mistakes a person can make.
Sex Crimes and Sex Assaults are the most dangerous cases for any defendant. The mere accusation of a sexual misconduct destroys a defendant's life, their family, their reputation, and their career. Cases involving sexual assault require an immediate and aggressive defense from the beginning. Often, the defense begins before charges are even filed. DO NOT leave your life and reputation in the hands of an inexperienced attorney. DO NOT talk or meet with the Detective on your own. If you are accused or charged with a sexual allegation, contact our firm immediately (215) 750-8010.

A conviction of almost any sexual offense triggers an investigation by the Pennsylvania Sex Offender Assessment Board for classification as a Registered Sex Offender (Megan's Law). New changes to Pennsylvania's Megan's Law in 2012 created three Tiers of Registration requirements based on the sexual offense convicted. The new Registration requirements with the Pennsylvania State Police are as follows: Tier I (15 year Registration for most minor sexual offenses), Tier II (25 years for moderate sex crimes), and Tier III (Lifetime Registration for serious sex crime convictions).
The 2012 Megan's Law changes increased the penalties for Failing to Register as a Sex Offender, and dramatically shortened the time frame in which a Registrant has to register. Failing to Register as a Sex Offender has become the new "hot" charge for law enforcement and the State Police.
